Many companies offer referral programs to reward employees who help the organization find new talent. Similar to organizations, I am doing the same! The goal of this program is to expedite the time it takes for me to find a position by directly reaching out to individuals in the retail industry. I currently employ such traditional methods as Monster.com, company-specific job boards, and my network. However, as I’m sure you know, sometimes available positions are only posted internally. With this in mind, I felt that a program like this could be beneficial. In addition, a plus for referrers is that if you refer me to a position with your company and you also want to refer my resume as well to receive a referral bonus from your company, you could receive two bonuses- one from me and one from your organization. It’s a “win-win” situation!!!

With that being said, here’s the breakdown:

If a referral you provide leads to a position I accept, you will receive the a fee based on the following salary breakdown:

• $50,000 (up to $69,999) – 1%
• $70,000 (up to $89,999) – 2%
• $90,0000 (up to 109,999) – 3%

My goal is to find a marketing- or product/brand management-related position. However, I would also be interested in joining an organization in a different capacity depending on the opportunity.

Please note the following conditions concerning this referral program. ALL conditions apply.

1. I must actually accept the position and begin employment.
2. A fee will only be given for the first job that I accept and start employment for. Due to this, only one fee will be given.
3. The fee is based on the position’s salary only.
4. The fee is only given for full-time positions in the US.
5. The fee caps at 3 percent.
6. The fee will be paid via Paypal the first day of employment.
